Biden’s Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates Go to the Supreme Court

President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates are now before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. On Friday, SCOTUS began listening to arguments of whether or not the Biden administration has the Constitutional authority to force American citizens to take medicine many don’t want or need.

One of Biden’s COVID-19 policies that is being challenged is the mandate that companies (with 100 employees or more) must require vaccinations or submission to weekly testing and mask wearing. (This mandate affects about 84 million people.) The second of Biden’s vaccine mandates requires employees at (federally funded) hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities are vaccinated. (This mandate affects 10 million health care workers and will cost over a billion dollars for employers to comply.)

What is at risk here is huge Does our federal government have the Constitutional authority to mandate that American citizens have to submit to a taking a vaccine in order to keep their jobs? Watch as Tucker Carlson asks Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt “Do you think that your attempt to invalidate these unconstitutional mandates will be successful?” To which, Schmitt replies that he does. Schmitt also stressed that “The pathway to tyranny is paved with these emergency executive orders which is why this case is so important.”

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s Statements

During oral arguments on Friday, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor made several claims in support of President Biden’s vaccine mandates. Her claims have been challenged by Tucker Carlson and many others including Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper. Sotomayor’s claims that: 1) COVID deaths are at an all time high. 2) Omicron is deadlier than Delta and 3) 100,000 American children are currently hospitalized with COVID. All of these claims are untrue. This is a sad time in the history of America. What is being decided is whether or not the Biden administration has exceeded their federal authority and are violating the Constitution of the United States of America.
