Biden’s Amendments will Hand U.S. Health Powers to the W.H.O.

Last January, the Biden administration proposed amendments to the World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations (IHR). Dr. Robert Malone warns us that these amendments would give “complete power” to W.H.O. Director-General Tedros. With this new power, Tedros would be able to declare a public health emergency in any member state of the World Health Organization. Dr. Malone also warns us that Tedros “… is a self-professed Marxist. Tedros was put in charge by the Chinese Central Communist Party (CCP) together with Bill Gates.”

Watch as Dr. Malone warns Eric Bolling’s audience that “The Biden administration absolutely is proposing amendments to 13 International Health Regulation articles to increase the ability of the W.H.O. to do surveillance on all of us. Whatever it is (that) the information is that Tedros might wish to use to declare a public health emergency. That does not have to be transparent. It can come from any source. There is a 48-hour deadline for member states to oppose that declaration. Here’s the key thing: Under Article 12, (they) the Director General’s authority displaces National Sovereign Authority. And it can be used to enforce sanctions on nations. Whether or not we agree. He’s able to unilaterally make these declarations and impose them on us.”
